What's next for Floyd Mayweather?

At the age of 47, Floyd Mayweather is all set to return to action soon. 'Money' took to his Instagram to announce that he will be locking horns with John Gotti III in a rematch.

According to Mayweather's post, the fight is expected to take place on August 24 in Mexico City. Their first encounter was an exhibition match that took place in June 2023. The event was held at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida.

The fight was a bizarre affair as both fighters kept clinching and hurling insults at each other in the ring. After the fifth round, the referee stepped in to warn the two fighters about stopping the fight if they continued to behave that way.

The trash-talk continued in the sixth round and the fight was called off by the referee. Gotti III then attempted to attack Mayeather, leading to an all-out brawl.
