South Korean contender Kwon Won Il thinks Fabricio Andrade's style is unlike anyone else in the bantamweight MMA division.

After suffering a brutal 62-second body-kick knockout loss against 'Wonder Boy' in 2022, Kwon will have the opportunity to avenge his last loss inside the Circle and claim his first ONE world title on Friday, January 24.

On that night, 'Pretty Boy' will challenge Andrade for the ONE bantamweight MMA world championship at ONE 170, emanating live from Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Kwon Won Il goes into the highly anticipated title tilt riding a three-fight win streak featuring highlight-reel KOs against Mark Abelardo, Artem Belakh, and Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg.

But Kwon isn't banking on the experience of those fights to help him out against his Brazilian opposition.

"To be honest, I don’t think that experience will make a difference here because I have to admit, you know, Andrade [has] a totally different style than the opponents that I fought in my previous three fights," Kwon said during an interview on Anything Goes. "He’s totally different."

Fabricio Andrade defends his bantamweight title for the first time in Kwon Won Il rematch

Fabricio Andrade's quick-fire win over Kwon Won Il at ONE 158 scored him his first opportunity at ONE Championship gold.

Initially, Andrade went toe-to-toe with then bantamweight MMA titleholder John Lineker at ONE on Prime Video 3, but after the bout ended via no-contest, the two would run it back four months later at ONE Fight Night 7.

There, Andrade pieced up 'Hands of Stone' for four rounds, forcing Lineker to quit on his stool just before the beginning of the fifth.

After a brief stop to challenge for the bantamweight kickboxing crown, Andrade is ready for a return to one of ONE Championship's most talent-rich divisions.

Fans in the United States and Canada can watch ONE 170: Tawanchai vs. Superbon II will air live on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, January 24 in U.S. primetime.
