As he approaches his fourth fight under the UFC banner, Paddy Pimblett is less than impressed with his upcoming opponent Jared Gordon. He has promised a knockout finish on December 10.
Capturing three finishes in his first three octagon appearances, 'The Baddy' has quickly become a must-watch whenever he steps into the octagon.
However, the Brit has faced criticism from fans for not fighting any ranked opponents, but that will soon change if he keeps on winning.
In a video shared on his YouTube channel showing his preparations for UFC 282, Paddy Pimblett shared his thoughts about the upcoming clash. He insisted that his opponent is going to get 'bingo'd':

"Just a little breakdown of this crab I'm fighting. He tries to pitter-patter his way to a win, I try and knock you clean out with one shot, and that's what I'm gonna do...[My training partner] is like a similar build, similar height, throws similar shots to Jared Gordon, who as you's know, I'm fighting. He's getting bingo'd, watch."
'Flash' Gordon has been in good form inside the cage in recent times, winning four of his last five fights. He earned a decision victory over veteran Leonardo Santos in his most recent outing.
Throughout his career, the 34-year-old has managed to amass a record of 19-5, though 11 of those wins have come by way of the judges' scorecards. Despite not being known as a finisher, the American is a gritty competitor who has been under the UFC spotlight almost four times as much as the Scouser has.
Check out what Paddy Pimblett had to say about his forthcoming opponent in the video below:
Paddy Pimblett's finishing ability
Despite his high-level grappling, Paddy Pimblett has developed a standup game that makes him a real threat to anybody who stands across the cage from him.
Though the majority of his wins have come by locking up submissions, the Merseyside resident has managed to put away six opponents with his ever-improving striking game.
In the co-main event of UFC 282 next month, Pimblett will be searching for the 16th finish of his career. He will have to dig deep to get a determined Gordon out of there who has only been stopped five times in his 24-fight pro MMA career.
