Shara Magomedov last entered the octagon in June as he defeated Antonio Trocoli via third-round TKO at UFC on ABC 6. The unranked middleweight contender will make a six-week turnaround as he is set to face Michał Oleksiejczuk at UFC on ABC 7 this weekend. 'Bullet' showed off his striking ability in the UFC Abu Dhabi open workouts on Wednesday.

Shara Magomedov wants to face Michel Pereira

Shara Magomedov has picked up two consecutive victories to begin his UFC career. He recently revealed that he is hoping to face Michel Pereira after the latter walked out with an Israeli flag in his UFC 301 first-round submission victory over Ihor Potieria.

In comments shared by Championship Rounds, he stated:

"While this hypocrite is saving dogs in Brazil from a flood, ignoring my call, a thousand children are lying under bombs at the hands of child killers, and at the time he came out with the flag of this country and shouted to the whole world and supported them. Sooner or later I will get to him Inshallah, and then this merry fellow will not have so much fun."
