House arrest extension of Andrew Tate incites desperate reaction from Piers Morgan

The brothers endured confinement for an extended period of time during which they proclaimed their innocence and their ardent fan base campaigned for their release. In accordance with a ruling by a Romanian court, he was placed under house arrest on March 31.

Law enforcement officials are still looking into the brothers on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and organizing a criminal group. On May 19, the notorious influencer stated on Twitter that the Romanian court had ordered him and his brother to remain under house arrest for another month. This implies that the brothers will spend three months under house arrest by June, following their three-month prison sentence.

Many people, like the English journalist Piers Morgan, find Andrew Tate's sexist ideas offensive since they degrade and discriminate against women. Although he does not agree with Tate's sexist views, he shares his view that there are inherent power imbalances in the world due to factors like wealth, social status, or influence.

Andrew Tate's extended house arrest order enraged Morgan, who sent an ultimatum to Romanian authorities on Twitter. He wrote:

"This is getting ridiculous. Romanian authorities must either charge him & his brother if they have actual evidence of crimes, or release them."
