Thanksgiving 2024 was celebrated by combat sports megastars like Alex Pereira, Jon Jones, and many others. The aforementioned MMA icons as well as other combat sports personalities like YouTuber-cum-boxer Jake Paul and UFC mainstay 'Sugar' Sean O'Malley also gave the fans a glimpse into their celebrations.

Thanksgiving, considered a secular festival by some and religious by others, is celebrated in various parts of the world. It involves expressing gratitude for a successful harvest and other farming activities, as well as other blessings one has received over the year.

Celebrators partake in grand feasts and get together with friends and family for the special occasion. In the U.S., known for its grand celebrations, it's usually celebrated on the fourth Thursday of every November -- this year's date being Nov. 28, 2024.

UFC on-screen personality and former Octagon Girl Arianny Celeste celebrated alongside her son Raiden.

Former two-division Glory kickboxing champion, former UFC middleweight champion, and reigning UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira sent his wishes on X. Posting a few post-fight octagon photographs alongside friends, teammates, and UFC color commentator Joe Rogan, Pereira wrote:

Jake Paul, one of boxing's top draws, a boxing promoter, and the co-founder of Most Valuable Promotions, featured in a beautifully curated image of himself and other boxers involved with MVP in a special Thanksgiving post.

Taking to his personal X handle, Paul also shared his wishes, writing:

Former UFC women's featherweight combatant Megan Anderson cosplayed the character, 'Wednesday Addams,' from the comedy-horror franchise, 'The Addams Family.'

Former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Thiago Santos and his partner, former UFC women's featherweight title challenger Yana Santos, celebrated with their children.

Former UFC featherweight and BMF champion Max Holloway basked in the festive glory with his wife Alessa Quizon and son Rush Holloway.

UFC veteran Hannah Goldy showcased some of the delicacies prepared for the festival.

Ex-interim UFC welterweight champion Colby Covington celebrated with Hollywood action star Sylvester Stallone at Mar-a-Lago.

Meanwhile, former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley put forth a skit, suggesting that he was out hunting for the "necessities" to celebrate. He jestingly acted as though he hunted something down, only to reveal it was a can of a drink that he later enjoyed while seated alongside a dog.

UFC 310 stars celebrate Thanksgiving 2024 ahead of upcoming fights

The UFC 310 pay-per-view (PPV) is set to transpire at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A., on Dec. 7, 2024. It'll be one of the final UFC events of 2024.

Veteran fighter Clay Guida, who'll clash against Chase Hooper in a lightweight bout at the event, notably took out time for Thanksgiving celebrations.

Furthermore, former UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling is booked to fight longtime rival Movsar Evloev at UFC 310. Taking to X, 'Funk Master' put forth multiple photographs of himself training hard.

Sterling implied that he'd go about the eating part of the festival after the fight.
