Emory Andrew Tate III is a former professional kickboxer turned social media celebrity known for his controversial views on women.Tate, dubbed the "King of Toxic Masculinity," has mastered the art of peddling hyper-masculine quotes and statements packaged as a "good life" to his followers.
The former British-American kickboxer's release from Romanian police detention appears to have been postponed. Andrew Tate, 36, and his brother Tristian Tate, 34, were arrested in December 2022 on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, pornographic shooting, and other offenses.
Despite his denials, Andrew Tate remains under investigation.

A Romanian court has dismissed his appeal against his incarceration for the second time. It implies that 'Top G' and his brother will be imprisoned until at least February 27.
However, the deadline might have been pushed back. According to Mirror.Co.UK, the Tate brothers may face another four months in prison if their second appeal is denied. If this is the case, Andrew and Tristian Tate will not be released until June.
Tina Glandian is Tate's new attorney. Glandian has previously represented various A-list celebrities on the court, including Mike Tyson, Chris Brown, and Ke$ha. Now that Tate has been added to her large list of professional clients, it will be interesting to see if she can secure bail for the controversial kickboxer turned entrepreneur.
Andrew Tate to Donate $100 Million to Charity
Prosecutors detained Andrew Tate, his brother, and two Romanian citizens last December on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and establishing an organized crime network to exploit women.
'Cobra' allegedly has a net worth of $350 million, which he denies. According to 'Top G,' he is a billionaire.
Tate on Sunday claimed to have amended his will while inside prison. He disclosed that he would give $100 million to establish a nonprofit that would defend males against "false allegations."
Tate tweeted:
"I updated my will from prison. I will be donating 100 million to start a charity to protect men from false accusations."
It is still unknown if Tate himself tweeted the tweet or if somebody in charge of his account posted it.
Romanian officials have previously confiscated 11 of the notorious social media influencer's automobiles, including a $2.9 million Bugatti Chiron, as well as a number of buildings, including one where the brothers were reportedly confined to six young women.
