Hulk Hogan gives three-word reaction to Colby Covington claiming he "was just getting warmed up" in TKO loss to Joaquin Buckley

Hulk Hogan recently shared a three-word reaction to Colby Covington's post-fight claims that he believed the momentum was shifting in his favor before the doctor's stoppage in his fight against Joaquin Buckley at UFC Tampa. Covington suffered a third-round TKO loss to Buckley, which extended his losing skid to back-to-back fights.

'Chaos' suffered a nasty cut on his right eyelid after his unsuccessful takedown early in the first round. The cut affected his performance as he kept trying to wipe the blood from his eye. Even after the cutman's best attempts to stop the bleeding in between rounds, it would immediately open up again after he touched it.

Despite the loss, Covington believed he was turning things around and felt confident:

"I was just getting warmed up in the fight. I think it was tied 1-1 and I was starting to wear on him."

'New Mansa', on the other hand, had an incredible performance as he had the upper hand in the striking exchanges and then managed to stuff the majority of 'Chaos' takedowns. After Championship Rounds' post featuring a clip of Covington's post-fight reaction and claims, Hogan, who walked him down to the octagon, shared his reaction.

The WWE Hall of Famer complimented Covington on his toughness during his hard-fought bout against Buckley at UFC Tampa:

In addition to sharing his reaction to Colby Covington's post-fight claims, Hulk Hogan also offered tips to the former interim welterweight champion ahead of their walkout.

The official UFC France X account posted a clip of the backstage conversation between the WWE legend and 'Chaos' while they were in the locker room. Hogan gave Covington tips for his walkout and mentioned that he should rip the shirt off before doing his famous ear pose to get the crowd engaged:

"Here's the deal, I brought one of these [shirts] for you if you wanna cut it off and get it right. It'll be crazy if you tear that sucker off, bro, but then you gotta do the ear [pose]. I'll wave the flag, you do the gimmick, man... Wind it up and hit [the pose]."
