Muay Thai icon Seksan Or Kwanmuang says he has a special soft spot for Liam Harrison after the UK superstar retired from the sport last Friday.
On Sept. 6, at the Ball Arena in Colorado, Seksan and Harrison put on an action-packed slugfest that highlighted the best of both worlds at ONE 168: Denver.
Both combatants delved deep, engaging in a back-and-forth battle of elbows right into the second stanza. Unfortunately, it was soon apparent that Harrison was in some trouble after absorbing some of Seksan's best shots.
Harrison fought back with courage, hunting for the knockout even if he was still wobbly from the first knockdown. But he couldn't get himself right back into this fight. Harrison finally succumbed to Seksan's final knockdown in round two.

Following the match, Harrison left his gloves in the middle of the ring and praised Seksan at the post-event presser, for giving him the retirement fight he always wished for.
In response, Seksan said:
"I'm extremely happy and extremely grateful that he chose me to be his final fight. I absolutely love him. He's an absolute legend of the sport".
