Reigning undisputed ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai is preparing for another tough match with ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon in the main event of ONE 170 on Jan. 24, which goes down inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
In a recent exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Tawanchai says that even if he is much younger than Superbon, he won't have much of an advantage over his fellow Thai superstar, as he explained:
"I think I don't have any advantage over Superbon, even though I'm much younger. But I think we're both in physical condition."
This upcoming showdown will be their second meeting in two years, after they first crossed paths in December 2023 at ONE Friday Fights 46, where Tawanchai eked out a close majority decision win to fend off the challenge of Superbon.

Since that match, both striking superstars have won their respective assignments, with Tawanchai beating Jo Nattawut in their championship rematch at ONE 167, while Superbon picked up wins over Nattawut and Marat Grigorian to set up this massive rematch.
Tawanchai prefers not to give any prediction in his impending championship rematch with Superbon at ONE 170
During the same interview with Sportskeeda MMA, the PK Saenchai Muaythaigym representative was mum about making any bold predictions in his rematch with the Superbon Training Center-affiliated athlete.
The 25-year-old sensation explained that the skills of Superbon are at par with his, which is why giving any forecasts is tricky, as he stated:
"I can't predict this fight. Because this is a fight between fighters of the same level, whose skills are on par. But I still don't want to lose. I absolutely can't lose."
