Former ONE strawweight kickboxing world champion Jonathan Di Bella of Canada and Italy had a blast at Thailand's famed Lumpinee Stadium, and he wants to thank all the Thai people for making him feel right at home in the nation's capital.
Di Bella put on a rousing performance against tough Portuguese opponent Rui Botelho at ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video last weekend, winning via unanimous decision after three tough rounds of action.
The former divisional king then took the microphone at the official ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video post-fight interviews and addressed the media.

The Team Di Bella Kickboxing representative said:
"Yeah, I just want to say thank you to all my Thai fans. I always get love from Thailand all the time. Every time I'm in Lumpinee Stadium, I get a bunch of fans coming up to me and always coming to take pictures and show me love and support. And thank you to my Thai fans. Thank you to my fans all around the world. Thank you."
Needless to say, Di Bella put on yet another exemplary performance, and fans can't wait to see him back in action, especially in Thailand. So the feeling is mutual.
ONE Fight Night 26: Lee vs. Rasulov on Prime Video was broadcast live from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand last Saturday, Dec. 7. Fans in the United States and Canada can catch all the action via replay on-demand with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription.
Jonathan Di Bella rates his performance against Rui Botelho
As dominant as Jonathan Di Bella was against Rui Botelho at ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video, the Canadian-Italian star will be the first to criticize how he was in the ring.
Di Bella told ONE Championship:
"I’ll give my performance a six plus, a seven maybe, nothing great. But his style is tough. [Botelho] has been in there with the top [fighters] in the higher divisions and he’s like close to number two in the world, so we’re both at the top out there. But it could have gone better, could have had some more activity, but yeah, some room for improvement and training, for sure."
