ONE women's atomweight MMA star Alyona Rassohyna believes she has proven she can fight wherever the fight goes, citing her duology with Stamp Fairtex to start her ONE Championship tenure before the latter's ascent to the top of the division.

The fourth-ranked competitor in the 115-pound MMA division recently spoke with the promotion and said:

"I call myself a well-rounded fighter because I can work both in stand-up and grappling. That was confirmed in my last two fights with Stamp."

In her February 2021 promotional debut, the Ukrainian standout shocked fans when she submitted the soon-to-be 115-pound MMA world champion via guillotine choke with seconds to spare in the bout.

However, the Thai heroine claimed her revenge during their quarterfinal matchup in the ONE Women's Atomweight MMA World Grand Prix in September of that year.

With Stamp on the mend after tearing the meniscus in her left knee last year, the interim women's atomweight MMA world championship will be up for grabs between Rassohyna and Denice Zamboanga. The latter was set to challenge Stamp for the gold before her injury.

Their world title tilt will happen on Friday, Jan. 10, at ONE Fight Night 27 inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

ONE Fight Night 27 will be airing live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.

Denice Zamboanga wants to grapple with Alyona Rassohyna

Denice Zamboanga plans to beat Alyona Rassohyna at her own game when they clash at ONE Fight Night 27 over 26 pounds of interim women's atomweight MMA gold.

In an interview with ONE, the second-ranked ONE women's atomweight MMA contender mentioned:

"I want to test her grappling. I haven't seen her face a pure grappler or wrestler, as she's faced strikers. That's why she always dominates the ground game. She hasn't faced someone like me. I want to prove that I'm better than her on the ground."
