Jarred Brooks, the recently crowned ONE interim strawweight MMA world champion, states that he would face whoever the promotion brought forward.
'The Monkey God' even mentioned one particular name, John Lineker, who marked his Muay Thai debut with a spectacular knockout over Asa Ten Pow at ONE 168: Denver earlier this month.
Earlier, the American star was impressed by his Brazilian counterpart's performance, and he expressed his intention to fight anyone in any discipline offered by ONE Championship if he's given the opportunity.
In an interview with BODYSLAM.NET Pro Wrestling's YouTube Channel, Brooks boldly stated his intentions within the promotion, even if he has to face a rival two divisions above him.

Brooks said this on a possible fight with Lineker:
"I'm not afraid of any fights in ONE Championship. If they were to bring John Lineker tomorrow, I'd be down. Give me the money, and I'll fight him."
While that dream fight is still unseen, we can be certain that Brooks will bring his 'A' game into the Circle whenever his chance to put on a show comes up.

Jarred Brooks will not back down from any challenges
It is interesting to see how ONE Championship brought a variety of disciplines into the limelight, and Jarred Brooks wants to keep on taking part in it.
After a short stint in submission grappling, Brooks returned to the top of the MMA mountain by claiming the ONE interim strawweight MMA world title.
Nonetheless, he had also expressed his willingness to face Thai superstar Rodtang Jitmuangnon, given that the chance for a dream fight with the legendary Demetrious Johnson is no longer an option.
In the same interview, Brooks said:
"I love the opportunities that can be put in front of me, like I could go up and fight Rodtang, I don't give a sh*t at the end of the day. I will fight Rodtang any day."
While that could be an option, Rodtang has his worries for now, as he's slated to defend his title against Jacob Smith in a rematch at ONE 169 on Nov. 8.
