The over two-year layoff of former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title challenger Liam Harrison seemed to have added more fire in him as he ramps up the preparation for his grand return.
Harrison is scheduled to face Seksan Or Kwanmuang in a catchweight Muay Thai bout at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 inside the Ball Arena in Colorado, and ONE Championship recently posted his intense pad work on Instagram:
"Liam Harrison will hit you like a WRECKING BALL 😨 Will Seksan survive the wrath of 'Hitman' on September 6 at ONE 168: Denver? 👊 @liambadco"

The video showed the 'Hitman' punishing the pads with kicks, punches, and knee strikes that made his training partner Andy Howson, a multi-time Muay Thai world champion and former ONE Championship fighter, wince in pain.
Harrison has been out of action due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his last fight against then-ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama at ONE on Prime Video 1.
This incredible display of power and accuracy has got the fans hyped and feeling sorry for Andy, as users @esr0128, @officialsk, @dispatchrecordings_anttc1, and @therealtoddh commented on the video:
"Got to feel for anyone who's holding pads for harrison 💣😂"
"I'm already hurting like I've been hit through the screen 😳 I'd hate to be on the other end of anything this man throws 😭💀🔥"
"Poor bloody Andy man, he's a dad of 2 now m8 😂"
"My god. Just the leg kicks will break you."
Liam Harrison looking to get back in the win column against Seksan in Denver
Harrison currently holds two wins in the world's largest martial arts organization, and his previous outing was a defeat to former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai king Nong-O Hama in August 2022 at ONE on Prime Video 1.
The British combat sports superstar is looking to put that, and the knee injury he suffered during that fight, behind him and make one final run for the coveted 26-pound golden belt with a win over 'The Man Who Yields To No One'.
ONE 168: Denver will take place at the Ball Arena on September 6 in U.S. primetime. Tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
