Haggerty caught an explosive counter elbow from Superlek in just under a minute in their bantamweight Muay Thai showdown at ONE 168: Denver, which took place before a capacity crowd at the Ball Arena.

Speaking to Sky Sports MMA Club podcast in a recent guest interview, Haggerty says he has accepted his recent loss, and has chosen to get right back in the gym and work on his flaws.

'The General' said:

"I wanted to get all three belts at the same time, maybe I got a little bit greedy. But you know, greatness - I wanted to be great, I dared to be great. That’s what I want to do. But now, I think I want to get that Muay Thai belt back, train as hard as I possibly can like I always do. Stay dedicated, keep my feet on the ground, and just keep moving forward."

Fans can expect Haggerty to be back better than ever, as the 27-year-old remains dedicated to regaining his lost crown.
