ONE bantamweight MMA world champion Fabricio Andrade is fired up to cap his comeback in style at ONE 170.
The Brazilian fighter steps inside Bangkok's Impact Arena on Jan. 24 to defend his gold in a rematch against No. 3-ranked 'Pretty Boy' Kwon Won Il.
Determined to continue where he had left off, 'Wonder Boy' had this to say on his return during a backstage interview with Bangkok Post at ONE 169 last week:
"I haven't been this excited for a fight since my debut in ONE. I want to put forward my best performance yet."

Excitement aside, Andrade heads into this fight in need of a bounce-back win. The divisional king suffered a loss to Jonathan Haggerty during their ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title joust.
However, with a perfect track record in MMA and a quick knockout of Kwon Won Il to look back on, the divisional king should have the challenger's number when they add another chapter to their rivalry next year.
Kwon Won Il ready to exact revenge vs Fabricio Andrade: "You're dead"
Kwon Won Il may be a man of few words, but he makes the most of every chance he gets to take shots at Fabricio Andrade.
Shortly after the bout was confirmed, 'Pretty Boy' uploaded the official poster of their fight on his Instagram account with a promise that he would level the series and end the fight in the meanest way possible.
He wrote:
"👑AND NEW WORLD CHAMPION👑 It was a rough path, but I will be the champion and I will get that revenge this time. Started from the bottom, now we're here. Please be with me in this journey. I will WIN. Hey Chicken Dance Andrade, you're dead 💯 And NEW WORLD CHAMPION"
Andrade vs. Kwon Won Il will be one of three massive world title matchups that will be part of ONE 170, which broadcasts live in U.S. primetime on Friday, Jan. 24.
