Thai legend Nong-O Hama recently shared his thoughts about Liam Harrison's shocking retirement at ONE 168. The former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai king can sense Harrison's disappointment after the British veteran came back from a two-year injury only to lose to Seksan Or Kwanmuang by TKO at ONE 168: Denver last Sept. 6.

In an interview with the South China Morning Post, he said:

"When I heard that, I felt a bit sad for him because I feel [for] him."

Liam Harrison tore his ACL in the first round of his world title scrum with Nong-O Hama back in Aug. 2022.

Harrison later aggravated the injury during a training session and remained on the sidelines for two years to recover. The doctors said he couldn't return to fighting, but the 'Hitman' didn't take "no" for an answer. So although Harrison's comeback fight didn't go as planned, he put his toughness on full display.
