20-year-old Muay Thai phenom Nabil Anane of Thailand proved he was worthy of standing in the ring with no.3-ranked contender and former ONE world title challenger Felipe 'Demolition Man' Lobo, despite his lack of big-fight experience.
Anane defeated Lobo by unanimous decision at ONE Fight Night 24: Brooks vs. Balart on Prime Video, showcasing his terrifying length and reach once again.
But the six-foot bantamweight phenom says he is far from reaching his full potential and still has a lot of growing to do.
Speaking in the official ONE Fight Night 24 post-fight interview backstage, Anane talked about his development as a fighter.

The Monkey D. Luffy superfan said:
"Yeah, I got a lot of things to learn, and step by step, I always say this to everyone, no rush. I got a lot of time. [I have] many things to improve."
And while Anane felt sorry for Lobo, he says it's all part of the game. There has to be a winner, and the Thai star says he was glad it was him.
Anane added:
"I feel sorry for him, but this is the game. We got to do our best in the ring. So everyone wants to be the best, you know? So, yeah, it is what it is."
Nabil Anane says world title shot isn't on his radar just yet: "I have said this so many times"

Anane wants to continue gaining the experience he needs and is willing to take his time before he gets his due.
He told ONE:
"I have said this so many times. I have plenty of time. No rush. Whatever comes, me and my bro [Mehdi Zatout] will finish it up."
