Ryan Garcia was able to shock the boxing world as he defeated Devin Haney via majority decision, handing the former undisputed lightweight champion his first career loss. Demetrious Johnson recently weighed in on the bout, suggesting that he should drink before his fights while criticizing referee Harvey Dock.
'Mighty Mouse' shared his reaction to the bout on Instagram, captioning the post:
"I was WRONG about @kingryan, I gotta start drinking before every fight now! 😂🍺 But seriously, some of the most fun I’ve had watching boxing in a long time 🥊 #HaneyGarcia"
In the clip, the long-time UFC flyweight champion reacted to each of Garcia's knockdowns before adding:

"This is where Ryan Garcia does his best f**king work, when he just takes it to the opponent. Back the f**k up, ref... If Ryan just f**king fights, he beats him easily... The fight is over, man. They want Devin to stay in the f**king fight. I have Garcia winning that fight. I am shocked how well Garcia did against Haney. Each time Garcia went after Haney, he would always put him on his a**. Devin would never commit. He would get close, he will wait."
Johnson continued:
"The thing that was very frustrating about this fight is that the referee kept Haney in that fight I felt like. Haney is hanging on to him and then next thing you know he does a double leg takedown and then the ref is like, 'stop holding him'. It's like, 'time, you stop holding and you stop holding, fight!' It's like, dude, you just gave him like 15-20 seconds of a rest. You stopped Ryan's momentum to finishing him."
