Conor McGregor was recently captured playing football with Arsenal stars Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice following the north London club's win against PSG. This drew attention from fans around the world. Some praised McGregor for his football skills, while others took a dig at the UFC superstar, mocking him for the toe injury he suffered earlier this year.

McGregor marked his presence at the Emirates Stadium in London for Arsenal's UEFA Champions League clash against PSG on Tuesday. The Gunners won the match 2-0, with Saka and Kai Havertz being on the scoresheet. Following the match, the former UFC two-division champion was spotted exchanging passes with Saka and Rice.

As for the MMA scene, McGregor's last octagon outing took place at UFC 264 in July 2021. He squared off in a trilogy fight against former interim champion Dustin Poirier, and lost via TKO after suffering a horrific leg injury in the opening round.

Following his recovery, McGregor's much-anticipated matchup with Michael Chandler at UFC 303 due to his toe injury.


Conor McGregor wants to face Belal Muhammad next

Conor McGregor criticized Belal Muhammad and called him out in his most recent tirade on social media, raising the possibility of a welterweight title fight.

During his latest Duelbits livestream, McGregor gave his thoughts on Muhammad and mocked the reigning champion, pointing out the harm he would do in a potential matchup.

''Okay, [Michael] Chandler's matched. Belal, [Conor] McGregor UFC Welterweight World Title Fight...I do damage at 170, yea... this man [Muhammad] hasn't even got a knockdown in UFC history. Not one knockdown, it's embarrassing to be honest."
