In the virtual press conference for ONE Friday Fights 68, 'The Kicking Machine' explained this:

"I have improved a lot since [adding more] sports science into my camp, especially in fighting here in ONE Championship where there are three rounds of three minutes with one one-minute break in between. It really helps me in terms of cardio and breathing technique."

Not only that, he's also able to mimic the fighting situation into his training regiment:

"And when I train, I take the same break as I do when I fight."

Superlek and Kongthoranee will clash inside the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, and the event is aired live in Asian primetime.
