Tawanchai expects Superbon to push him to the limit when the two Thai warriors run it back this Friday.
Little more than a year removed from their instant classic at ONE Friday Fights 46, Tawanchai will once again put his ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship on the line when he meets Superbon at ONE 170 inside the legendary Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
The first time around, Tawanchai escaped with his title intact, securing a majority decision victory over Superbon.

But despite already owning a win over his countryman, the Thai titleholder knows that if he hopes to go two-up on Superbon, he'll have to put his best foot forward and give it everything he's got.
"He doesn't surprise me because I know how amazing he is," Tawanchai told Sportskeeda in an exclusive interview. "We’ll see in the ring I’ll do my best for this fight to retain my title."
Superbon eyes two-sport glory against Tawanchai after being promoted to undisputed kickboxing king
Tawanchai goes into his latest ONE featherweight Muay Thai title defense riding a seven-fight win streak that dates back to Jan. 2022.
Along the way, he's bagged wins against a slew of top stars Saemapetch, Petchmorakot, 'Smokin' Jo Nattawut, and of course, Superbon.
Meanwhile, Superbon has climbed back to the top of the featherweight kickboxing division following an interim title win over former three-time GLORY Kickboxing champion Marat Grigorian in April.
Superbon was then promoted to undisputed champion, meaning a victory over Tawanchai at ONE 170 could etch his name in the history books as a two-sport ONE world titleholder.
Will Superbon bring home another 26 pounds of gold and even the series against Tawanchai, or will the defending champ extend his streak to eight and land another big win over the P4P kickboxing icon?
