UFC Legend Forrest Griffin blows Paddy Pimblett's mind by revealing his most gruesome injury

On the latest edition of the Chattin' Pony podcast with Paddy Pimblett, UFC Hall of Famer Forrest Griffin talked about a serious injury that he incurred at 14 years of age. The former light heavyweight champion explained how performing a power clean with too much weight resulted in a major injury to his abdominal wall.

Narrating the gruesome incident, the UFC Hall of Famer said:

"My worst non-related MMA injury was when I was doing power cleans and I ripped my testicle in half... I was 14 and I was big... I was like trying to power clean my body weight, like 185 lbs... I didn't dare to tell like, 'Dude, this is too much weight. This is crazy.'"

Griffin continued:

"So, I just started trying to lift it and I just heard a rip...and then I realised that was my abdominal wall. My body just kind of closes and it felt like somebody dumped cold water on my crotch. Finally, my mom made me go to the doctor because I couldn't like straighten. And they ended up having to cut my whole testicle out because it just came unraveled."

Webster spoke on one of 'The Baddy's vlogs about the mental health struggles that people face due to their fame. During the discussion, the popular musician praised Paddy Pimbeltt and his teammate Molly McCann for dealing with their own stardom in a healthy manner:

"If I'm down about something that comes with being known, I'll message Paddy and Molly. He's just so relatable as a human being and as one of the lads. The way he reacts to interview questions and when he rides the adrenaline and sh** like that, you almost feel like you're living through people like him and Molly... Especially when they're fighting."
