Reigning two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty understands the task in front of him at ONE 168: Denver.

On Friday, September 6, 'The General' will put his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship on the line when the promotion heads back to the United States for a loaded fight card in The Mile High City.

Emanating from Ball Arena, Haggerty will square off with one of the most dangerous strikers in all of ONE Championship—Superlek Kiatmoo9.

With one of the toughest tests of his illustrious career rapidly approaching, Haggerty is feeling as confident as ever, believing that as long as he goes into fight night healthy, nobody can top him—not even 'The Kicking Machine.' He told ONE Championship:

“I know what I have to do. I know what I’m capable of. I put 100 percent in my training. My coaches believe in me. So as long as I’m 100 percent, I’m unstoppable.”

Haggerty goes into his latest title tilt riding a six-fight win streak, including a trio of highlight-reel knockouts in his last three outings.

Jonathan Haggerty and Superlek go into ONE 168: Denver backed by impressive resumes

With wins over the likes of Joseph Lasiri, Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, Nong-O Hama, Fabricio Andrade, and Felipe Lobo, Jonathan Haggerty has one of the most impressive resumes in all of ONE history.

Not to be outdone, current ONE flyweight kickboxing world titleholder Superlek carries with him a massive hitlist loaded with a who's who of world-class strikers, including the man who defeated 'The General' on two separate occasions—Rodtang. Superlek saw his hand raised against 'The Iron Man' nearly a year ago when the two tussled at ONE Friday Fights 34 in Bangkok.

Since then, Superlek has added noteworthy wins over Japanese kickboxing legend Takeru Segawa and Thai prospect Kongthoranee Sor Sommai.

If 'The Kicking Machine' adds another victory to his resume at ONE 168: Denver, he'll not only become the promotion's newest two-sport ONE world champion, but he'll solidify his spot atop the Muay Thai pound-for-pound rankings.
