British Muay Thai icon and former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title challenger 'Hitman' Liam Harrison of the United Kingdom is no doubt at the tail end of his legendary career as a fighter.

But at 38 years of age, and coming off two years on the sidelines nursing a debilitating knee injury, Harrison says he feels like a new man.

'Hitman' has never been shy to take on the toughest challenges possible. So for his highly anticipated return bout in September, Harrison says he wanted to test himself against a legend of equal stature.

Speaking to Sky Sports MMA Club in a recent interview, Harrison talked about the upcoming showdown with Seksan, and what it means for his career.

'Hitman' stated:

"[There are] quite a few legends who are in ONE Championship now. I can think of many great fights, obviously, the Seksan fight."

He added:

"There are so many elite level guys and there are some quite older guys out there like me who have missed out over the years, like the Seksan fight. I would like to test myself out again. So even for an older boy, this is still my home. I still want to compete."

Needless to say, fans are definitely looking forward to Harrison's return on the global stage, and they won't have to wait long.
