Speaking to The MMA Superfan, 'The Sniper' gave us a quick insight into his preparations for the upcoming fight:
"During training, you feel like you’re doing fine and all but it’s during fights where you really feel the fatigue and how difficult it is to move. But it’s also during the actual matches that you push yourself and you want to be at your best. It’s a different feeling when you’re in the cage and competing. This is why I’m giving it my all during training so that when fight night comes, I’ll be able to push myself to my limits."

It is true that training in the gym, no matter how intense, is miles away from being identical to the wars you fight inside the cage.
One, however, can try to mimic the intensity and level of competition of a full-blown pro fight inside the training room. It helps to physically and mentally prepare a warrior for the real thing.
Stephen Loman knows what he's doing and will be sure to see himself indeed push past his limits come fight night.
Stephen Loman plans to dominate Bibiano Fernandes in all facets of the game
It looks like Stephen Loman plans to use all that intense training to translate fully into his fight with Bibiano Fernandes.
In an interview with ONE Championship, Loman revealed his plans for when he finally locks horns with the former ONE bantamweight king:
“I’m looking to win in any way possible. This is a very important fight for me. If I have the chance to knock him out, I will take it. Even taking him down is not impossible. My plan is to beat him in every area.”
Fernandes' last appearance inside the circle was a losing effort against John Lineker, with 'The Flash' dropping his world title.
We can bet that Loman extensively watched that fight to study Fernandes' weaknesses and openings that he could exploit. Come November 19, we'll get to see him act on his bold plans.
