Superlek Kiatmoo9 is trying to balance his way ahead of two major fights in his career.

Superlek Kiatmoo9 is at his busiest period.

First, 'The Kicking Machine' is preparing for his fight against Kongthoranee Sor Sommai at ONE Friday Fights 68, on June 28.

After that, he has to switch gear to the bantamweight Muay Thai division to challenge its ruler, Jonathan Haggerty when ONE Championship returns to the United States on Sept. 6 with ONE 168: Denver.

But he is also preoccupied with establishing his new gym, where he now trains and teaches.

In a recent interview with South China Morning Post, Superlek mentioned about his plan to perform at his best against Kongthoranee and Haggerty:

"Yes, I am aware of the importance of this fight. But to be honest I have a lot on my plate right now because I have just started my new gym. So I have just been doing all the things that I have to do, move stuff and establish the gym, make it happen. So just quite a bit busy."

He added:

"But I do have a plan. I have the knowledge from before that the nutritionist has given me, has advised me, so I have all that noted down. So I think I would follow the old plan in order to cut the weight down first, to flyweight. For bantamweight, we will be working on that afterwards."

Superlek eager for a showdown against fellow Thai fighter Kongthoranee

Superlek Kiatmoo9 can't wait to get into the ring for his Muay Thai fight against Kongthoranee Sor Sommai at ONE Friday Fights 68.

As the Thai superstar is already scheduled for two fights within the next four months, this would be a test of his preparation and determination, because Kongthoranee also wants to prove that he's no pushover.

This is the reason why Superlek is sharpening his weapons, as he shared in his Instagram. His translated caption reads:

"The day is near."

Superlek is currently undefeated in nine fights, with the latest victory over Japanese kickboxing superstar Takeru Segawa in January by way of decision.

Meanwhile, Kongthoranee carries a seven winning streak, with his most recent win in April.
