Rodtang Jitmuangnon is making sure he's more than prepared when he defends his gold against Jacob Smith in Atlanta.
The reigning ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion will defend his throne against the marauding Brit at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8 at State Farm Arena.
Taking to Instagram, Rodtang showed that he put a heavier emphasis on his strength and conditioning ahead of his Atlanta showdown with Smith.
Known as an unstoppable force of nature inside the cage, Rodtang opted to go scientific in his training camp for his next world title defense.

Rodtang Jitmuangnon is one of Muay Thai's biggest stars, and that notoriety brought with it a slew of potential challengers for the Thai menace.
One such fighter is John Lineker.
The former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion is coming off an impressive knockout win in his Muay Thai debut against Asa Ten Pow at ONE 168: Denver earlier this month at Ball Arena.
Eager to further build his mark in the sport, Lineker expressed his intentions of facing Rodtang in a matchup of two unstoppable forces.
In an interview with ONE Championship, Lineker said:
"In Muay Thai, a fight against Rodtang [Jitmuangnon] would be interesting, and I think the fans would really enjoy watching it. I think it would be insane!"
