A true student of the game, Chen has done his due diligence on Tye Ruotolo.
Aside from sharpening his skills on the mats, the 19-year-old also made sure to watch the welterweight submission grappling champ's most recent performances.
Chen, in the same interview, revealed he might have found the Atos superstar's weakness. He said:
"I do think that he puts himself out of position at times and I'll try to do my best to kind of pick on that and hopefully do my best to exploit it."
