Former flyweight MMA world champion Adriano Moraes already bested Danny Kingad in battle before, and he's confident he will do so once again.
'Mikinho' will run it back with 'The King' this coming Friday, Nov. 8 as part of the talent-stacked ONE 169: Malykhin vs Reug Reug spectacle inside Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Moraes will enter this rematch with the mental edge knowing he made quick work of the Filipino star the last time they shared the Circle together at ONE: Legends of the World back in 2017.

Kingad didn't even make it past round 1 when the Brazilian took his back and sunk his vice grip for the nifty rear-naked choke finish.
While Moraes applauds the significant improvements that the Lions Nation MMA athlete made since then, he believes their do-over will end in the same manner.
The 36-year-old submission specialist told ONE Championship:
“I’m going into this fight very conscious and very focused that I’m going to submit him again. I’m going to get him.”

Adriano Moraes expecting the best version of Danny Kingad at ONE 169
Adriano Moraes is undeniably beaming with confidence but won't make the mistake of taking Kingad lightly.
After all, the multi-time flyweight MMA kingpin knows the third-ranked contender is just as eager as him to claim the division's vacant crown.
That said, 'Mikinho' expects to be in an all-out war with 'The King' this Friday at ONE 169. He said in the same interview:
"Seven years ago, me and [Kingad], we were [different] fighters. Today, we are [different] fighters. I think everybody evolved a lot. It's gonna be a huge, different time for me. I want to see the best Danny ever."
