The last time Kwon Won Il shared the ONE circle with Fabricio Andrade, he got caught early and was unable to mount any offense.
Still, 'Pretty Boy' remains confident that he can overwhelm 'Wonder Boy' with his destructive striking repertoire and unseat the Brazilian from the bantamweight MMA throne.
The South Korean slugger's opportunity for revenge will come at ONE 170, in the first of three world title bouts happening at Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on Jan. 24.
Despite suffering a devastating first-round loss in their initial pairing at ONE 158 back in 2022, Kwon strongly believes the outcome will be different in the rematch.

Kwon Won Il has looked like a completely different fighter since that setback against the 145-pound MMA kingpin.
The P-Boy MMA affiliate racked up three straight victories via incredible stoppages, where he displayed his savage killer instinct.
We'll soon see if Kwon can let his hands go and give the KO merchant Andrade a taste of his own medicine.
Kwon Won Il says he's mentally stronger heading into ONE 170 do-over
Kwon Won Il's physical gifts have always been evident, particularly his penchant for separating foes from their consciousness.

'Pretty Boy' said in the same interview:
"During the first fight, my mental [game] wasn’t there. That mentality wasn’t there. So I learned a lot from that first fight. And now I know how important it is to have that mentality when fighting."
