But what he's most excited about is proving to his kids that he's one of the best BJJ fighters in history, like he's always told them he is.
Garcia is coming back after a decade of sitting on the sidelines to resume his epic career, this time in ONE Championship, and the 41-year-old veteran wants to make his children proud.
Speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show, Garcia said he wants to teach his kids some lessons through his BJJ return.

The legend said:
"Yeah, but that's why it's fun. Now they understand what I'm doing. They understand that I'm not just their dad making the dishes, cleaning their stuff, you know what I mean?"
Garcia added:
"And I feel like there's a lot that they can learn watching me compete because win or lose, I feel like they can learn based on how I behave in those circumstances."
