26-year-old Muay Thai veteran and former Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai world champion 'Left Meteorite' Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai is ecstatic that he was able to derail the steadily gaining momentum of 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker's hype train.
Lineker went 2-0 in ONE Championship Muay Thai with two finishes, and was being positioned as the Muay Thai usurper until he ran into Kulabdam last weekend at ONE Fight Night 27: Tang vs. Abdullaev on Prime Video.
'Left Meteorite' survived an early first-round knockdown to dominate the rest of the three-round match and take home the judges' nod unanimously.
Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Kulabdam expressed his excitement over the victory.

Kulabdam on surviving early knockdown against John Lineker: "You have to be careful"
For a very brief moment, it seemed that Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai would end up being just another name on John Lineker's hit list. But after surviving a first-round knockdown in their Muay Thai clash at ONE Fight Night 27 last weekend, Kulabdam went on to take the win on the scorecards.
'Left Meteorite' talked to ONE Championship about how he was able to pull himself through after almost getting his clock cleaned by Lineker in round one.
The Thai star said:
"I got knocked down in the first round. So that's why, you know, you have to be careful when it's a bit more difficult to carry on the game and expect to win it."
