Reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 is all prepared for his return to the 'art of eight limbs'.

This Friday, June 28, 'The Kicking Machine' will once again dawn the four-ounce gloves for a highly anticipated co-main event clash with one of ONE Championship's most exciting Muay Thai prospects — Kongthoranee Sor Sommai.

The fight will emanate from the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, where fans will also see a massive ONE strawweight kickboxing world title tilt between former champion Jonathan Di Bella and reigning strawweight Muay Thai titleholder Prajanchai PK Saenchai.

Facing an undeniably tough test in his return to the 'Mecca of Muay Thai', Superlek believes he has properly prepared himself for his ONE Friday Fights 68 showdown with the 27-year-old Kongthoranee:

"I have prepared myself very well," he told Sportskeeda MMA. "So I’m ready to fight."

It will be Superlek's first time in Muay Thai competition since his incredible unanimous decision victory over Rodtang Jitmuangnon in September last year.

Kongthoranee has upset on his mind when he meets Superlek

'The Kicking Machine' faces another tough test in his home country when he meets one of the hottest fighters in all of ONE Championship.

Kongthoranee is currently riding an impressive seven-fight win streak and holds a solid 8-1 overall record in ONE since making his promotional debut a mere 16 months ago.

During that run, he earned notable victories over Taiki Naito, Sharif Mazoiev, and Jaosuayai Mor Krungthethonburi. Along the way, he's collected three highlight-reel knockouts, proving that he has both the technical precision and power to finish anyone at any time.

Of course, Kongthoranee has never faced a test like 'The Kicking Machine', but that won't stop him from seeking a stunning win over one of the top pound-for-pound strikers on the planet:

"It's all about the timing when it comes to Muay Thai," Kongthoranee told the South China Morning Post. "And I think we'll have to see that in the ring. Do I aim for a surprise? Yes, of course, because I have trained very hard. I have put a lot of effort into the training, into the fight camp."
