Part of what makes Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane a favorite for many ONE Championship fans is his confidence in his abilities, regardless of who dares to stand across him inside the circle, even the great Anatoly Malykhin.
Speaking with the Bangkok Post, the heavyweight MMA monster explained why he fears no opponent in the 265-pound division:
"I'm not scared of anything, bro, I am a heavyweight. He's going to punch me, I punch [him back]. Who's gonna feel it? You know I have a big hand. Do you see my big hand? Yeah, exactly. You know I am not scared, you know, alright."

The 32-year-old has backed up his words since he announced his arrival on the global stage of ONE with a first-round TKO of Alain Ngalani at ONE: Unbreakable II in January 2021.
Kane's dominance continued there as he later added Patrick Schmid, Batradz Gazzaev, Jasur Mirzamukhamedov, and BJJ royalty Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida to his list of victims.
Now, he is only a few days away from challenging three-division ONE MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin for the heavyweight MMA crown at ONE 169 on Friday, Nov. 8, inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
