Jiri Prochazka commented on his sexual orientation after his statement following his UFC 311 victory.
Prochazka locked horns with former light heavyweight champ Jamahal Hill at UFC 311. He enjoyed significant success in the first round of the encounter with a knockdown over his rival. The sophomore stanza remained an evenly matched affair, with both fighters landing several significant strikes on their opponents.
The third round of the bout turned out to be the decisive one as Prochazka floored Hill once more with a powerful right hook in the third minute. It took just a few more seconds for the Czechia native to finish the fight with some ground and pound.
Prochazka's words in his post-fight interview with UFC analyst Megan Olivi about how he would celebrate his victory sparked confusion about his orientation. He mentioned how he would offer "something" for the "crazy guys" he had brought over from his village to watch the fight.

However, in a recent interview with The Schmo, Prochazka cleared the air about his previous statement:
"I wanna clarify the interview after the fight. I said something like, we will celebrate with the guys in the room and all these things. Just to be sure, everyone, I’m a straight man."

Jiri Prochazka wants another shot at Alex Pereira
Jiri Prochazka has conquered all challenges thrown at him by the UFC except one, the current champ of his division, Alex Pereira. The former light heavyweight champ returned to the octagon at UFC 295 to face Pereira after a prolonged hiatus due to a shoulder injury. But he endured a TKO defeat in the second round of the fight.
Prochazka locked horns with Pereira at UFC 303 once more in a short-notice fight to replace the previously scheduled Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler main event. However, he endured an even more devastating defeat in the encounter from a head kick by Pereira early in the second round.
In his UFC 311 octagon interview with Joe Rogan, Prochazka detailed how he had evolved his game. He also mentioned that a third scrap with Pereira is what he wants most.
"I have said this many times in media before. Maybe, they’ll not believe me, but f**k man. I want a third fight with Alex Pereira."
