Reigning ONE strawweight MMA world champion Joshua Pacio is fully cleared to enter hard training, in preparation for his upcoming world title unification bout against interim king 'The Monkey God' Jarred Brooks next year.
More importantly, however, Pacio says he needed to test his injured knee to erase any lingering doubt in his mind.
Speaking to YouTube channel The MMA Superfan in a recent interview, Pacio says he has instilled confidence in his surgically repaired knee and is ready to go.

'The Passion' stated:
"Then I think November or the first week of December, Dr. Canlas cleared me. And of course, as an athlete, I will not be complacent just because of that clearance, I also want to test it in training also. I tested it with deadlifts and box squats heavily and it’s all good. So now I have more confidence, I am mentally secure, not worried about anything, just focused on the fight right now."
Now, the Lions Nation MMA proponent is getting ready to make his highly anticipated return to action against his number-one rival in Jarred Brooks. Fans can't wait to see the epic trilogy finally go down.
