ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon believes he'd need to work twice as hard if he gets another chance to realize his two-sport dream against Tawanchai PK Saenchai in the future.
The striking veteran made it two wins in as many matches this year in the main event of ONE Friday Fights 81 on September 27 with a first-round knockout of No.2-ranked contender 'Smokin' Jo Nattawut in their Muay Thai war to stay hot on the heels of the divisional king.
But after getting first-hand experience with Tawanchai's exceptional stand-up game last December, he knows that he still has a lot of catching up to do.

During a post-fight interview inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, Superbon addressed a possible rematch with the PK Saenchai Muay Thai Gym man and what he'd need to do differently to level the scores. He said:
"I feel like I need to work harder than the last time that I fought him. I need to go back to the gym, work, plan, and get ready to fight him. And I need to be the winner."
Tawanchai beat the Superbon Training Camp founder decisively when they crossed paths in the headline act of ONE Friday Fights 46. The 25-year-old is scheduled to defend his gold again versus 'Smokin' Jo at ONE 169: Atlanta on November 8.
Superbon still hoping for a chance to run it back with Chingiz Allazov
Apart from wanting in on the gold in the featherweight Muay Thai division, the 34-year-old hopes he can settle his unfinished business with reigning kickboxing kingpin Chingiz Allazov.
In the same interview, he continued:
"I want to fight the champion, but the champion [has] already run away. Come back, man! I am upset because the champion has run away."
The Azerbaijan-Belarus representative attained 26 pounds of gold from the Bangkok-based star early last year before defending it against Marat Grigorian seven months later.
However, after deciding to stay away from the limelight, ONE introduced an interim world title — which Superbon claimed against Grigorian in their five-round scrap — to keep things going.
