Reigning ONE interim women's atomweight MMA world champion Stamp Fairtex of Thailand can't wait to return to action in the world's largest martial arts organization.
The 27-year-old Fairtex Training Center product is currently rehabilitating an injured knee, and reveals that she is about 60 to 70 percent ready to go, and will need just a couple more months to return to hard training.
That being said, Stamp fully expects to pick right where she left off before she was sidelined, and that includes revisiting a botched champion vs. champion showdown with strawweight MMA queen 'The Panda' Xiong Jing Nan in 2024.
Speaking to veteran MMA reporter Nick Atkin in a recent interview, Stamp says she's still very much interested in facing the Chinese star.

Stamp said:
"I still want to do it. I want to keep on improving and prove to everyone that I can do it."
Stamp was originally scheduled to face Xiong in a strawweight world title opportunity to become a two-division champ in 2024. The Thai megastar says she will look to rebook this match once things are in order.
Stamp Fairtex ready to face former teammate Denice Zamboanga: "I’m so excited to meet her in the ring"
Stamp Fairtex will need to settle the dispute in the women's atomweight division when she finally returns to action.
Close friend and former Fairtex training partner Denice Zamboanga of the Philippines won interim gold last weekend with a TKO victory over Ukraine's Alyona Rassohyna at ONE Fight Night 27 in Bangkok.
That set up the inevitable unification bout between the 'besties'.
Stamp told ONE Championship:
"First thing, congratulations. Congratulations, Philippines! I’m so excited to meet [Denice Zamboanga] in the ring, but sure, I’m ready to fight with my friend, it’s ok."
