ONE Championship lightweight Muay Thai star Sinsamut Klinmee of Thailand isn't at all worried about upcoming opponent Dmitry Menshikov's frightening knockout pedigree. The 28-year-old former ONE world title challenger says he has the style to trump the Russian mauler's power.
Speaking to Sportskeeda MMA in an exclusive interview, Sinsamut talked about how he is going to deal with Menshikov's vaunted offense when the two meet in the ONE Championship ring next week.
The Venum Training Camp product said:
"I think I have the upper hand in terms of versatility. Yes, his punches are dangerous. He's a heavy hitter, but I have more than that. I have kicks, knees, and everything else. I believe that if I can time things right, I'll be able to win."

Dmitry Menshikov brushes off Sinsamut Klinmee's Muay Thai style: "It won't be a problem"
On the other side of the fence, Russian star Dmitry Menshikov disagrees with Sinsamut Klinmee and says the Thai star's fighting style doesn't worry him one bit.
The former ONE world title challenger told ONE Championship in a recent interview:
"First of all, he doesn't throw them that much [the leg kicks]. Second, it's obvious that they are not that fast. I noticed those low kicks, so I'll be blocking. All in all, it won't be a problem for me."
