Bryce Mitchell is clearly devastated after his opponent Movsar Evloev pulled out of their UFC Fight Night 214 main event. The American poured out his emotions in a recent video posted on his Twitter handle.
In the video, the 28-year-old stated that he had been subjected to constant harassment on social media by the Russian in the lead-up to the fight. Mitchell added that all the bullying really made him want to put on a thorough beating on Evloev :
"So after months of harassing me and bullying me on the social media, Movsar pulls out of the fight and, might I say, I've never been so bullied in my life. And I don't really accept the victim mentality, it doesn't really bother me. It just pisses me off. You know, it makes me want to go there and punch him in his face... I've never been so harassed in my life. This guy was sending me messages of him smiling. This guy was on every one of my pictures... messaging me [saying] fight me... calling me a coward, a dumb a**."

According to a report by MMA Fighting, the Russian was forced out of the fight due to an injury. Details regarding the nature of the injury have yet to be confirmed. The UFC is reportedly searching for a replacement opponent for the American.
Both fighters are currently undefeated in their pro careers. Bryce Mitchell holds a pro-MMA record of 15-0, while The Russian's record stands at 16-0.
When Movsar Evloev said he totally forgot about Bryce Mitchell still being in the fight game
During the post-fight press conference at UFC Vegas 56, No.10- ranked featherweight contender Movsar Evloev was asked if he'd be open to facing Bryce Mitchell.
The Russian suggested that he had forgotten about his fellow featherweight, as 'Thug Nasty' had been inactive for quite a while:
"Oh I forgot about Bryce because he fought last time 10-years ago? I don’t know. I just forgot about him. [But] for sure I can fight him."

However, the American was not as inactive as Evloev initially thought. In fact, last March at UFC 272, Mitchell picked up a unanimous decision win against Edson Barboza two years following his impressive win over Andre Fili.
However, Evloev and 'Thug Nasty' have been engaging in verbal back and forth on social media recently. Unfortunately, for now it seems fans will have to wait to witness a showdown between two very promising fighters in the division.
