Rodtang Jitmuangnon is not putting much stock into Joseph Lasiri’s game plan, as he’s adamant about facing him head-on without fail.
Rodtang returns to the foray at ONE on Prime Video 4 for his fourth world title defense against ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion ‘The Hurricane’ Joseph Lasiri. The thrilling event will be broadcast live and free to North American audiences with a Prime Video subscription on Friday, November 18.
With the Italian-Moroccan striker knocking on his doorstep, Rodtang is heading toward the match-up ready to do what he does best. The first task at hand is to not let Lasiri get into his head. Speaking to ONE Championship, Lasiri revealed that he would try to get Rodtang angry and use his aggression to force him to play his game.
'The Iron Man' has since responded back to Lasiri’s challenge and told ONE:

“Just let him do as he likes. In fact, I guess he will have no time to make me angry. And no need to lure me into his game. I will come for him anyway.”
The Pattaya native returns to the foray after an untimely withdrawal from competition due to failing hydration and weight standards last August. To everyone’s dismay, the divisional king was forced to withdraw from the highly anticipated ONE flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix semi-final, where he would’ve competed against quarter-finalist Savvas Michael for a spot in the final.
'The Iron Man' was replaced by his teammate Panpayak Jitmuangnon who catapulted to the finals and is now set to fight long-time rival Superlek Kiatmoo9 at ONE 164: Pacio vs. Brooks.
Rodtang will do everything in his power to stay at No.1 spot
Rodtang Jitmuangnon is happy to be back on his feet to make his prime video debut in front of millions of North American fans. With his world title match on the horizon against an equally dangerous competitor, the Thai striker reminded fans that he’s still hungry for Muay Thai glory. He told his fan base on Instagram:
"I will do everything to be number 1 forever.👊🏻👊🏻"
