South Korean knockout artist Kwon Won Il is prepared to avenge the lone knockout defeat on his ONE Championship resume, which happened against ONE bantamweight MMA world champion Fabricio Andrade in June 2022.
'Pretty Boy' and Andrade's rematch is set for ONE 170 on Jan. 24, 2025, inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. It will also mark Andrade's first defense of the 145-pound MMA crown.
During an interview on the Anything Goes YouTube channel, Kwon staked his claim for a dominant outing over 'Wonder Boy':
"This time, I'll show everyone that I'm gonna be dominating him in every aspect of MMA. In our first fight, I can say that I made a mistake. And mentally, I wasn't there, you know. I will dominate him in every aspect of MMA. Nothing will work against me and I will show domination."

On the other hand, Andrade's most recent foray in the circle saw him lose his first bout under the ONE banner when he fought Jonathan Haggerty for the then-vacant ONE bantamweight kickboxing world championship in November 2023.
