Speaking during the ONE 170 post-event press conference, Anane assured his doting fans that the newfound fame and glory won't ever get to his head.
"There are many people behind me. There are many coaches. My parents are always teaching me how to behave myself and with all the teaching that they've been giving me, I'm sure that I will stay humble and I will stay in my lane. I will keep practicing, keep working hard after I earn all this money and fame."
Nabil Anane's incredible physical gifts and technical striking mastery at such a young age truly sets him apart. By the looks of it, the humble champion will certainly go far if he follows this mindset and keeps his feet on the ground.

Nabil Anane put on a masterclass against Nico Carrillo at ONE 170
Nabil Anane had the odds stacked against him at ONE 170. The Team Mehdi Zatout standout, after all, was a late-notice replacement for the injured Superlek Kiatmoo9.
Moreover, he faced a Scottish juggernaut who devasted all four of his opponents in ONE. The Algerian-Thai underdog, however, was unfazed and was fearless as soon as the bell rang.
Anane proved he meant business the moment he dropped Carrillo with a well-timed one-two combo.
The 20-year-old showed great composure after hurting 'King of the North'. Anane still picked his shots and landed a gorgeous head kick to score his second knockdown.
With victory within his grasp, the new interim bantamweight Muay Thai kingpin etched his name in the history books by piecing up Carrillo one final time with nasty punch combos for the biggest win of his career.
