No one is safe from Paddy Pimblett's sharp criticisms - especially if one is an MMA page on X spreading false news. In a recent tweet, 'Paddy the Baddy' called out Rueben Carter, aka @realruebenking on X, for spreading false information on the Englishman's next fight.
Carter, who has over 8000 followers on X, claims to be an MMA reporter featured on CBS News and Yahoo! Sports in his bio description. Still, the questionable MMA reporter continues to share information not verified by reliable sources.
Paddy Pimblett posted a compilation of screenshots of Carter's posts about his fights, with the caption:
"Don’t know why people even take notice of this absolute helmet running this page he hasn’t got a clue what he’s talking about 🤣🤣"

Paddy Pimblett drops a major hint on next opponent
If one wants to know more about Paddy Pimblett's next opponent - or anything about his career these days - it's best to listen to the man himself. In a recent video uploaded on social media, the fighting Englishman dropped a major hint about who he might be fighting next. Needless to say, it's an absolute banger of a match-up.
In between sparring rounds, 'Paddy the Baddy' spoke to the camera, saying:
"Nice end to the year, to be honest. I'm in good shape, about 84-85 kilos. People have been speculating if I am fighting this and that. I'm coming for that belt so I'm looking for higher-ranked fighters. I'm sure you'll see a fight announcement soon enough. I said yes, my opponent also said yes. We just need stuff signed. So, there's no discord, everyone. Like, comment, subscribe - and I'll see you at the top."
If that last line is to be taken seriously, Paddy Pimblett's next opponent might be former UFC lightweight title challenger 'Iron' Michael Chandler. This would be a huge leap in competition for the no.13-ranked Pimblett, as Chandler is currently ranked 7th in the division. Still, the excitement level of this potential fight would undeniably be through the roof.
