If ONE welterweight submission grappling world champion Tye Ruotolo has it his way, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu wizard wants in on ONE 168: Denver on September 6. That evening, his twin brother, Kade, puts his lightweight gold on the line against Mikey Musumeci inside the Ball Arena.

For obvious reasions, the 21-year-old – who's already shared the global stage alongside Kade thrice – is chomping at the bit to potentially work his way on the stacked bill that sees the promotion return to North America.

The Atos representative, on a 6-0 run in the world's largest martial arts organization, told Sportskeeda MMA:

"100 percent, maybe, I'll make one of those my MMA debut, you know. But yeah, that'll be a sick card. I always love fighting on the same card with my brother. When we coach each other, you know, we always keep good energy and we feed off each other's energy."

"So yeah, if we can make that happen, that'd be sick."

Perhaps if he extends his hot streak at the Home of Martial Arts later this week at ONE Fight Night 23, the ground game savant can vouch for a chance to fight alongside his twin. He features in a non-title catchweight contest against South Africa's Jozef Chen inside the Lumpinee Stadium on July 5.

The card will be available for active Amazon Prime Video subscribers in North America for free and will broadcast live in U.S. primetime this Friday.

Tye Ruotolo weighs in on Kade's Denver superfight vs Mikey Musumeci

Besides being fired up on the promotion's return to North America in Denver, Tye Ruotolo shares the same excitement for his twin brother's world title super fight against 'Darth Rigatoni.'

In the same interview, he said:

"It'll be a sick match, you know. I got a lot of respect for Mikey, you know, his technique's unbelievable. But Kade is just a different animal. And Kade's one of the most technical people I've ever trained with my whole life."

When asked about his predictions, the California native responded:

"I think Kade's got that one for sure. But yeah, it's going to be a treat for the fans no matter what."
