Bibiano Fernandes sent a substantial threat to his upcoming opponent 'The Sniper' Stephen Loman before they lock horns at ONE on Prime Video 4.
The event will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers in North America.
On US primetime of November 18, Brazil's Fernandes and the Filipino-born Loman will go to war for a place in the competitive bantamweight division. 'The Flash' Fernandes has great respect for his opponent, but adds that Loman must be careful as he will be aiming for a finish:
"I'm sure my grappling is far superior to his grappling. I'm sure he's working hard not to be taken down. But I'm prepared and focused for this fight. I'm training a lot on my striking and my ground game."

Fernandes added that he will be the toughest test of Loman's career:
"I'm going to test his grappling, his wrestling, and his striking. I'm sure I'll have a good fight against him. If he messes up, I’ll finish him."
Former bantamweight king Fernandes was a long-reigning titleholder in ONE Championship, defending his crown a record nine times across two reigns. His second reign ended at the hands of 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker. Lineker was able to knock out Fernandes and take the bantamweight crown for himself earlier in 2022.
Bibiano Fernandes is fighting to get back into the win column
'The Flash' Bibiano Fernandes is coming off a loss. He will be fighting at ONE on Prime Video 4 on November 18 to get back in the column. Standing in his way will be the streaking and dangerous Stephen Loman.
Regarding coming off a loss to Lineker, Bibiano Fernandes spoke with ONE Championship in an interview and said:
“Since the defeat, I’ve been training a lot. I also focused on my business and my family, and I did an MMA event in Manaus, but I’ve been training a lot. I made several adjustments, and I’m ready to fight on November 18.”
Since the fight earlier in 2022, Fernandes has been even more focused than he previously was. The Brazilian added:
“The fight with Lineker was a good experience. I hadn’t fought for many years, and I didn’t have a fight rhythm. But now, I’m trained and focused for my next challenge.”
