Fans recently reacted to Bill Gates potentially making an appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast. There has been significant buzz surrounding Gates and Warren Buffet after the Berkshire Hathaway CEO left the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation out of his will. Buffet's philanthropy notably won't extend to Gates' charity after his death.
In a recent X post, @joeroganhq shared an old clip of the podcaster questioning Gates' comments on Co2 and trees. Rogan said:
"You have people like Bill Gates saying that planting trees to deal with [carbon dioxide] is ridiculous... How is that ridiculous? They literally turn carbon dioxide into oxygen. It is their food. And the more carbon dioxide there is, the greener it is, which is why it's greener today on Earth than it has been in 100 years."

When Joe Rogan put Bill Gates on blast for COVID-19 vaccine narratives
Joe Rogan once slammed Bill Gates and other pro-vaccine personalities for pushing their narratives during the COVID-19 pandemic. The podcaster took issue with Gates promoting the vaccine before they could understand the effects of the medicine.
In an episode of the JRE podcast with Jimmy Corseti and Dan Richards (#2231), Rogan claimed the coronavirus wasn't as bad as they thought and said:
"Bill Gates, who's on television telling everybody, get the vaccine. You won't get Covid. And then afterward, that didn't work after he had unloaded all of his stock... It turns out Covid wasn't as bad as we thought it was. Well, you guys are really responsible for a bunch of people taking a medication that was unproven... You're responsible for all the side effects. You're responsible for all these, and you're responsible for fearmongering, lying, closing down businesses, there ruining economies, changing the political structure of the country."
