Bryce Mitchell is undefeated in professional MMA. However, while competing in the Tennessee-based organization V3 Fights as an amateur, 'Thug Nasty' was beaten by Brian Tidwell. The loss came in the very first round via armbar back in 2013.
The 28-year-old currently has a 15-0 record in professional MMA. He has a 2-1 record as an amateur MMA fighter. Six of his professional victories have come under the UFC banner, with Mitchell joining the organization in 2018.
'Thug Nasty' secured the biggest win of his career during his most recent UFC outing, getting the better of Edson Barboza at UFC 272: Covington vs. Masvidal. Mitchell beat the Brazilian MMA legend via unanimous decision after three rounds of fighting.

Mitchell's next fight in the UFC is seemingly wrought with obstacles, with multiple opponents pulling out and his callouts falling flat. Ilia Topuria and Sodiq Yusuff are two fighters that have been mentioned by 'Thug Nasty' with whom his matchup failed to materialize for one reason or another. His scheduled opponent, Movsar Evloev, also pulled out of their UFC Fight Night 214 main event bout recently.
Yusuff felt that he wouldn't be able to make the weight and fight next month. Topuria allegedly turned down the fight for the same reason. Evloev was forced to pull out of their scheduled contest due to an injury.

Despite Bryce Mitchell already making a name for himself, and being the No. 9-ranked featherweight contender, 'Thug Nasty' only has one UFC win via stoppage.
Mitchell's sole win via stoppage came against Matt Sayles at UFC on ESPN 7: Overeem vs. Rozenstruik back in 2019. However, 'Thug Nasty' made a lasting impression with his only UFC stoppage, submitting Sayles via twister in the very first round.

All of the 28-year-old's other UFC wins have come via decision. He has defeated the likes of Edson Barboza, Andre Fili, and Charles Rosa in his recent organizational outings. Bryce Mitchell's UFC debut saw him win by a very narrow margin, getting his only majority decision win at UFC Fight Night: Tavares vs. Adesanya.
