It has since become their best-performing podcast, with millions of regular listeners.

While the partnership between the streaming giant and the popular podcaster has been mostly successful for both parties, there have been rumors about Rogan being unhappy with certain aspects of his deal, mainly related to censorship and removing specific episodes.

News portal Semafor recently fueled further rumors about Joe Rogan leaving Spotify later this year when his exclusive deal with the Swedish company ends. The news site reported that the 55-year-old comic has no intention of renewing his contract with Spotify and could seek greener pastures with his millions of listeners.

However, Spotify recently addressed these speculations and clarified that Rogan was there to stay. In a report by The New York Post, a spokesperson for the streaming giant revealed that Rogan's contract didn't expire in 2023 and that the UFC color commentator's contract ran for three-and-a-half years with the "possibility of more."

He shared a story about US intelligence agencies not letting former U.S. President Donald Trump know about the Chinese spy balloons over U.S. airspace and joked about wishing those recent UFC sightings were indeed aliens.
